EFT Practitioner Training

EFT Level 1 Foundation (6hrs)
EFT Level 2 Intermediate (12hrs)
EFT Level 3 Advanced (12hrs)

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) training typically comprises three distinct levels, each designed to progressively deepen your understanding, skill set, and application of this powerful self-help tool.

The first level serves as an introduction to EFT, establishing the foundational knowledge and techniques required to navigate this therapeutic method.

Building upon the groundwork of Level 1, the second level delves into more complex aspects of EFT. An important part of Level 2 is the introduction to the professional application of EFT, with discussions on ethical considerations, client rapport, and safety precautions in a therapeutic setting.

Level 3 EFT training is designed for those aiming for professional mastery of EFT. This level focuses on honing the application of EFT techniques, dealing with serious health issues, uprooting deep-seated beliefs, and integrating EFT with other therapeutic approaches.

Each level of EFT training enhances not just the technical skill set of participants but also deepens their understanding of the emotional, cognitive, and physical elements involved in EFT. Graduates of these training levels are equipped to employ EFT as a powerful tool for personal growth or as a complement to professional therapeutic practices.

Personality Assessment

A personality assessment is a tool used by psychologists and other professionals to evaluate an individual's character traits, behavioural tendencies, and patterns of thoughts and emotions. The goal of these assessments is to provide a comprehensive, objective understanding of a person's personality, informing therapeutic strategies, guiding career counselling and supporting various areas of personal and professional development.

There are several reasons why someone might choose to undertake a personality assessment, including:

  1. Self-Understanding: Personality assessments can provide individuals with insights into their own behavior, emotions, motivations, and patterns of thinking. This increased self-awareness can lead to improved decision making, personal growth, and understanding of one's own strengths and weaknesses.

  2. Career Guidance: Personality assessments can help individuals understand what types of work environments and roles may be a good fit for them. This can guide choices about careers, education, and professional development.

  3. Therapeutic Insight: Therapists and counselors often use personality assessments to gain a deeper understanding of their clients. The results can help inform treatment strategies, help diagnose certain personality disorders, and guide the therapeutic process.

  4. Relationship Understanding: By understanding one's own personality and the personality of others, individuals can improve their relationships. This understanding can help people to communicate better, resolve conflicts more effectively, and understand differing perspectives.

  5. Team Building & Leadership Development: In professional settings, personality assessments can help managers build balanced teams and develop effective strategies for leading and motivating their employees. They can also help team members understand and appreciate the diverse personalities and working styles of their colleagues.
